our jewellery

every piece is handmade in surrey using sterling silver, hand-collected sea glass, shells and other natural materials.

because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in colour, shape and finish are part of what makes every item unique.

orders

once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if we believe it has been placed fraudulently or if a pricing or listing error has occurred.

pricing

all prices are listed in pounds sterling (£).

prices may change at any time without notice, but changes won't affect orders that have already been placed.

payment

payment is required in full before your order is made or dispatched.

all payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

made-to-order pieces

some jewellery is made to order. estimated dispatch times will always be shown on the product page.

shipping

delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or delays outside of our control.

once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier.

returns

please see our refund policy for information about returns, exchanges and refunds.

product care

sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time and may require occasional cleaning.

to help your jewellery last as long as possible, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals, and store it in a dry place when not being worn.

intellectual property

all photographs, product descriptions, logos and content on this website belong to coastal found unless otherwise stated.

they may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

liability

we're not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under uk consumer law.

we may update these terms from time to time. the latest version will always be available on this page.
