dispatch times

all jewellery is handmade in surrey.

ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.

made-to-order pieces may take a little longer. an estimated dispatch timeframe will always be stated on the individual product page.

uk delivery

uk orders are sent using a tracked royal mail service. you'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

delivery times are estimates and are separate from the dispatch times above.

international delivery

international orders are sent using a tracked service.

estimated delivery times are:

europe: 5–10 working days
rest of world: 7–14 working days

international delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to customs processing or delays outside of my control.

customs + import fees

international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees when they arrive in the destination country.

these charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

unfortunately, coastal found cannot predict or control these charges, so please check your country's import rules before ordering if you're unsure.

tracking

once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
